All units in The Stable Block benefit from energy efficient ceiling mounted air-conditioning/heating and full access to the leased fibre line.
Unit 1 is approx 400 sq ft It opens onto the courtyard seating area through large patio style doors
Units 2 & 3 are presently amalgamated into one unit of approx 800 sq ft in size and arranged into two rooms both facing onto the open courtyard. It has its own kitchen and toilet.
Unit 4 is approx 710 sq ft. It has patio doors facing the courtyard area. There is a small room attached to the side which is accomodates a kitchen.
Unit 5 is a smaller office of 260 sq ft.
The Stable Block is currently occupied by Solutions 42 Ltd and Saturn Sales & Services Ltd.
