The Mill House comprises of two floors of open plan office space. There are communal toilets and a kitchen area on the ground floor serving both the Mill House and the connecting Corn House.
The Mill House has individually controlled, oil-fired under-floor heating which maintains a constant ambient temperature throughout. This also helps to maximise the use of the space available. It also has its own access controlled entry system.
Upstairs is currently a single unit with a two large Offices and storage/separate office, totalling 1289 sqft. This unit benefits from a kitchenette area. This first floor unit could be divided into smaller units if required.
The Ground floor unit can be arranged into three small units or, one larger unit 860 sq ft (80 sq m) with one small unit285 sq ft (26.5 sq m) or, just one large unit of around 1200 sq ft (111 sq m). All units have connectability to the 100/100mbps site wide BT fibre leased line.
The Mill House is currently occupied on the first floor by Approved Air Ltd, the Ground floor being vacant from 01 January 2021, which consist of units varying from 285 - 1200 sq ft (26.5 – 111.5 sq m).
