The Corn House comprises of two floors of open plan office space. There are communal toilets and a kitchen area on the ground floor serving both the Corn House and the Mill House.
The Corn House has individually controlled, oil-fired under-floor heating which maintains a constant ambient temperature throughout. This also helps to maximise the use of the space available. It also has its own access controlled entry system.
Downstairs is currently an open plan office, totalling 889 sq ft.
Upstairs is an impressive space of 889 sq ft, with exposed beams and a cut roof with velux windows. This office has a large meeting room and a kitchenette area. Both have the leased fibre line installed.
The Corn House is currently occupied by Apples & Oranges Limited (1st Floor) and Clarity Cleans (Ground Floor).
